What are AS-i I/O modules?

AS-i I/O modules for AS-interface (AS-i I/O modules) are communication devices that connect to controllers, with the I/O module connecting to various equipment such as switches, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, etc.

• Input Modules receive data from sensors and send it to the AS-i Master for processing in the control system.
• Output Modules transmit commands from the control system to actuators or other equipment that need to be controlled.

• Connection and Power Supply AS-i I/O modules can connect to an AS-i Network using a cable for both data transfer and power supply to devices in the system with just one wire.
