Pulse evaluation systems

Pulse evaluation systems are?

Pulse evaluation systems are measurement devices for acceleration and speed that rely on external pulse signals. The display shows the frequency values detected, with various parameter formats such as difference, rotational speed analysis, slow-fast or counting.

Components of Pulse Evaluation Systems

  • Pulse Signal Input is responsible for receiving pulse signals from various devices such as sensors, encoders, or pulse signal generators.
  • Signal Processing Unit is the processing unit that converts pulse signals into data, such as frequency calculations, pulse width, or number of pulses generated.
  • Display/Output Unit is a screen for displaying processed pulse signal results, showing values like frequency, shaft rotation, or control values in various formats.
  • Control Mechanism (Optional) is a control system that uses processed pulse data to control the operation of devices or systems, such as motor control, speed control, or rotational control.
