What is Sigfox?

Sigfox technology was developed to support IoT (Internet of Things) devices and applications. It was first introduced in France in 2009, based on LPWAN (low-power wide-area network) communication technology that uses low energy for data transmission.

Sigfox Data Transmission

• Sigfox has a base station coverage range of up to 40 kilometers.
• Efficient data transmission in small packets.
• Uses radio frequency (D-BPSK modulation) in the 868 – 923 MHz band, divided into six zones RC1-RC6.
• Sigfox has a network coverage of over 40 countries worldwide, ensuring high performance and reliability.
