I/O modules are Input/Output communication modules that use CANopen and can be configured to determine whether each signal is an Input or Output, making them convenient for use. The control system used to receive data will be sensors (Input) and send commands to various devices (Output). They are divided into two types: Digital I/O Modules and Analog I/O Modules
Types of Digital I/O Modules
Digital Input Modules receive digital (ON/OFF) data from devices such as switches, buttons, or sensors that provide a 0 or 1 signal.
Digital Output Modules send commands in a digital format, such as turning on/off motors, valves, or relays by sending a 0 or 1 signal to control various devices.
Types of Analog I/O Modules
Analog Input Modules receive analog data from sensors such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, and speed. This type of data is continuous and can accept a range of signals, such as 4-20 mA or 0-10 V.
Analog Output Modules send analog signals to control various devices, including adjusting motor speeds or controlling valve levels.
