TUBULAR HEATER I-SERIES Stainless steel tubular heaters are commonly used in various heating applications such as liquid heaters and finned heaters. The materials used to manufacture these stainless steel heaters include:
Heating wire, made by the brand KANTHAL imported from Sweden, consisting of 80% nickel (Ni) and 20% chromium (Cr). It is durable and can withstand temperatures up to 1300°C.
Magnesium oxide (MgO), imported from the United States, used inside the heater tube due to its electrical insulation properties that prevent current flow to the tube surface and its good thermal conductivity.
Stainless steel tubes, imported from Italy, of high quality and durability. There are three grades available: SUS304, SUS316, and INCOLOY.
