TUBULAR HEATER U-SERIES What is it?

TUBULAR HEATER U-SERIES Stainless steel tubular heaters are widely used in various heating applications such as liquid heaters, fin-type heaters, and more. The materials used to manufacture these stainless steel heaters include:

1. Resistance wire from the brand KANTHAL imported from Sweden, consisting of 80% nickel (Ni) and 20% chromium (Cr). It is durable and can withstand temperatures up to 1300°C.
2. Magnesium oxide (MgO) imported from the United States, used as an insulating material inside the heater tube. It prevents electrical conduction and efficiently transfers heat.
3. Stainless steel tubes imported from Italy with high quality and durability. There are three grades available: SUS304, SUS316, and INCOLOY.

• Suitable for heating in water, air, and metal molds.
• Tube diameters of ø8, 12, 14, and 16 mm.
• Minimum length is 200 mm.
• Materials are SUS304 and SUS316.
