Tower Light

Tower Light (Tower Light) is what?

A Tower Light, also known as a Signal Tower, Stack Light, Indicator Light, or Signal Light, is a status indicator commonly used in machines, robots, or production lines within industrial systems. It allows users or operators to clearly see the system's operational status from both dimly lit and distant areas.

Structure of Tower Light

  • It has a vertical column structure, similar to a pole.
  • It consists of multiple levels ranging from 1 to 5.
  • Each level features lights of different colors and can either flash or remain steady.
  • Some models also include an alarm buzzer during operation.

Colors and Meanings of Tower Light Signals

  • Red is used to alert when a machine malfunctions or danger occurs in the system.
  • Yellow serves as an advance warning, indicating start-up or shutdown, and requiring inspection.
  • Green indicates that the system is operating normally.
  • Blue signals a need for employee assistance.
  • White typically appears in specific statuses, such as waiting or idle.
