What is an Industrial Network?

An industrial network, or industrial communication system, connects and communicates between machines, devices, and various systems within the industry. It efficiently supports operations in high-demand environments.

Components of an Industrial Network

Controller: A control unit that manages production processes by sending commands and receiving data from other equipment through the network, such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or DCS (Distributed Control System).
