• Measures insulation resistance up to 250V/100MΩ, 500V/200MΩ, 10000V/400MΩ
• Can measure continuity up to 20Ω
• Has a warning light when the circuit being tested has voltage present
• An automatic discharge system discharges from the test circuit immediately upon releasing the TEST button
