SCR-2ATZ230 Three phases, 2W, 200-480VAC, Current 230A, Multi-input, Phases Zero Crossing SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) is a type of semiconductor device used to control electrical power, particularly for adjusting voltage in three-phase (Three Phase) systems. A three-phase two-wire (2W) SCR operates in systems without a neutral wire (only L1, L2, L3).
Working Principle
Voltage Control with SCR: The SCR opens and closes according to the sine wave cycle of alternating current to control the amount of power delivered to the load. This control is achieved by delaying the time (Delay) at which the SCR turns on in each sine wave cycle, or through Zero Crossing.
- Zero Crossing Triggering: A method of turning on the SCR when the AC voltage changes direction through zero volts (zero volt), reducing EMI (electrical interference) and inrush current. Suitable for resistive loads such as heaters, ovens.
- Multi-input: The input can support multiple types, such as DC 4–20mA, 0–10V, ON-OFF or digital signal, making it versatile to work with control systems like PLCs, temperature controllers, sensors.
