The ATF-50H Pressure Gauge/Lower Thread (Pressure Gauge) 0~150bar/psi 1/4PT SUS304 is an oil-free, side-mounting pressure gauge that offers convenient and easy use suitable for all industries.

• Bourdon Tube: A curved metal tube in the shape of a C or oval which expands when pressurized
• Gear & Pointer Mechanism: Converts the expansion of the tube into the rotation of the pointer
• Housing: The rear or side has an external shaft for mounting
• Dry Type (Oil-free): No glycerin oil inside, suitable for non-vibrating environments                     

Working Principle of ATF-50H Pressure Gauge/Lower Thread (Pressure Gauge) 0~150bar/psi 1/4PT SUS304

The pressure from liquids or gases (such as air, water, oil, etc.) enters the Bourdon tube causing it to expand slightly. As the pressure increases, the end of the tube moves. The end of the Bourdon tube is connected to a gear mechanism which converts linear movement into pointer rotation. The pointer rotates to a position corresponding to the measured pressure on the dial.
