What is a Loadcell Converter?

A Load Cell Converter is an equipment that converts load cell signals into easily usable signals in control systems, such as 4-20mA, 0-10V analog signals or digital RS232, RS485 and MODBUS signals.

Functions of Load Cell Converter

• Signal Conversion: Converts low-level and non-linear signals into appropriate signals for use.
• Signal Amplification: Increases the voltage level of signals from Load Cells to make them processable.
• Signal Filtering: Reduces noise or interference to ensure accurate readings.
• Signal Transmission: Sends signals to control systems such as PLC, SCADA or displays on a Weight Indicator.
