Main Components of ATF-100H Pressure Gauge/Taper Thread Bottom (0~7bar, 3/8"PT SUS304 Bottom)
The ATF-100H Pressure Gauge/Taper Thread Bottom (0~7bar, 3/8"PT SUS304 Bottom) is a convenient and easy-to-use pressure gauge without oil, with the pointer mechanism on the side. It is suitable for various industries.
Bourdon Tube: A curved metal tube in C or oval shape that expands when pressurized
Gear & Pointer Mechanism: Converts the expansion of the Bourdon tube into the rotation of the measuring needle
Housing: The back or side has an output shaft for installation purposes
Dry Type (No Oil): No glycerin oil inside, suitable for non-vibrating environments
Working Principle of ATF-100H Pressure Gauge/Taper Thread Bottom (0~7bar, 3/8"PT SUS304 Bottom)
The pressure from liquids or gases (such as air, water, oil, etc.) enters the Bourdon tube and causes it to expand slightly. As the pressure increases, the end of the tube moves. The end of the Bourdon tube is connected to a gear mechanism that converts linear movement into needle rotation. The needle rotates to the position corresponding to the measured pressure on the dial.
Advantages of Dry Type (No Oil Gauge):
Lightweight
Suitable for general use in non-high vibration environments
Used in systems with infrequent pressure changes, easy to maintain
