• Bourdon Tube: A curved metal tube in the shape of a C or oval that expands when pressurized
• Gear & Pointer Mechanism: Converts the expansion of the tube into the rotation of the pointer

Working Principle of ATF-100H Pressure Gauge/Taper Thread (Bottom) 0~25bar G3/8" SUS304

The pressure from liquids or gases (such as air, water, oil, etc.) enters the Bourdon tube and causes it to expand slightly. As the pressure increases, the end of the tube moves. The end of the Bourdon tube is connected to a gear mechanism that converts linear movement into pointer rotation. The pointer rotates to a position corresponding to the measured pressure on the dial.
