The ATF-63H Pressure Gauge/Low Thread (Pressure Gauge) 0~10bar/0~150psi 1/4G SUS304 is an oil-free, side-mounting pressure gauge that offers convenient and easy use suitable for all industries.

• Bourdon Tube: A curved metal tube in the shape of a C or oval which expands when pressurized
• Gear & Pointer Mechanism: Converts the expansion of the tube into the rotation of the measuring needle
• Housing: The back or side has an external shaft for mounting
• Dry Type (Oil-free): No glycerin oil inside, suitable for non-vibrating environments

The pressure from liquids or gases (such as air, water, oil, etc.) enters the Bourdon tube causing it to expand slightly. As the pressure increases, the end of the tube moves. The end of the Bourdon tube is connected to a gear mechanism which converts linear movement into needle rotation. The needle rotates to a position that corresponds to the measured pressure on the dial.
